As we continue on our journey of global growth, we’re looking for a dedicated
Chief HR Officer (CHRO)
to join our group leadership team. As our Chief of HR, you will be the heart of our people-centric culture, leading the organization in building and maintaining a workplace, where everyone feels valued and empowered. Our company is on the edge of the new strategic cycle, and you will have the opportunity to shape and launch the HR strategy that supports our growth in this new phase. You’ll be part of the group leadership team to drive our HR strategy, support our global expansion, and ensure that our company culture thrives as we grow. This position is a key role in our group leadership team, where your voice will be heard and your insights valued.
You will lead the international HR team and be responsible for leading the HR strategy to support the global business and strategic direction of the organization throughout the employee lifecycle. This includes especially the areas of health and safety, HRIS, talent acquisition and retention, performance management, training and development, and HR operations.
In this position you will report to Lumon Group CEO. Your home office is located in Vantaa, with flexible hybrid workmodel.

Key Responsibilities:
- Enhance our global HR strategy, which aligns with our business goals and support our global growth
- Be a key partner in the executive team, driving transformation and innovation in HR to support global success
- Lead initiatives that promote health and safety, HRIS, talent acquisition, continuous learning and development, and efficient business supporting HR operations.
- Promote the culture of positive and developing work environment, where employees are engaged, motivated, and inspired. Guide our company through our growth, ensuring smooth transitions and maintaining employee satisfaction.
- At least 7 years of experience and proven track record in strategic HR in corporate level within an international company and company of growth
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and influence at all levels of the organization
- Experience in working in a multicultural environment, with strong language skills in Finnish and English, Spanish language and knowledge of the culture are a plus
- A forward-thinking approach with a desire to bring new perspectives and drive continuous improvement in all areas of HR
- Strong strategic approach and development guide your actions, but you are also capable of dynamic hands-on work
- A genuine interest in people and a commitment to building a positive and supportive workplace
- Availability for regular travel to our international locations
