We are looking for a Commercial Development Specialist with a passion to work with our strong coffee brands Nescafé, Nescafé Dolce Gusto, Zoégas and Starbucks. This position is a temporary parental leave cover for approx. one year.

Your job



As Commercial Development Specialist your daily work will consist of working together with your Nordic colleagues as well as with the local Finnish commercial team. You would be responsible for:


  • Developing the Coffee category by ensuring implementation and execution of the Nordic strategies and plans to the local market together with the Finnish commercial organization.
  • Implementing assigned local channel and category strategies and tactics.
  • Developing and implementing local marketing activities, incl. field sales in-store and social media plans
  • Supporting the team in demand planning, monitoring, tracking, and reporting the category’s performance and progress
  • Managing the co-operation with 3rd party partners, e.g. in-store demo and merchandising program
  • Running product, concept and sales training for customers and other stakeholders
  • Cooperation and close work with your Nordic colleagues
  • Continuously develop your skills and knowledge to stay ahead in a rapidly changing FMCG industry.
  • Actively contribute to creating a positive work environment and a sense of belonging.

  • A business degree or equivalent educational background
  • Previous work experience in the FMCG industry, preferably in sales or marketing
  • Strong presentation skills in both Finnish and English
  • Good IT-skills
  • A result-focused mindset with a strong desire to develop category and channel management and shopper tactics
