Your role:
Together with our Nordic team you will be helping the largest Nordic Financial Services companies to develop, manage and transform their product and service portfolios in various product areas. Our team provides consulting services to ensure that our clients’ banking products and services are up to date, creating competitive edge to our clients and value to their customers. We cover the entire product value chain from strategy to operations and all the way to technology throughout the products’ life cycle.
As Consultant within the banking products & innovation area, you will be working across our clients’ different functions in for example:

• Client advisory including product strategy, compliance, and regulation
• Business development, go-to-market, change management and transformation
• Defining, describing, automating, and implementing financial services related operational processes
• Implementing new technologies to ensure competitiveness and efficiency of the products

You will also have an important role in continuously developing our offering and business alongside building trusted client relationships and identifying new opportunities. The specific role and responsibilities will be discussed in more detail during the recruitment process, based on your experience and interests.
We are looking for:
We don’t expect you to master everything related to banking products, but we hope you have around 3-6 years of experience within Financial Services. We see a versatile skillset as a great plus. We are looking for you if you have:

• Experience in banking product areas, such as cards and payments, lending, savings, investments in retail or corporate banking – your background can be for example from consulting and/or subject-matter-expert type of roles
• Experience or interest in banking innovations, e.g. digital currencies, digital banking, open banking and embedded finance
• Familiarity with agile product development and product management tools and frameworks
• Development-oriented mindset and preferably experience from participating or leading product development projects (e.g., innovation & concept design, implementation, integration, testing or migration)
• Academic degree in relevant field
• Fluent communication skills in English (written and spoken), language skills in Finnish are seen as a plus but are not a mandatory requirement
