We are looking for new consultants to join our Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) team in Helsinki!
Your role:
As an EPM Consultant, you will be delivering comprehensive strategic transformation projects to our esteemed clients. Our forte lies in delivering tailored solutions that enhance efficiency, streamline workflows, and drive digital transformation across multiple business functions. We offer a diverse range of services, including financial consolidation, financial planning, performance reporting, x P&A, S&OP. You will get hands-on experience from technology implementations as well as advisory-based roles.
Depending on your experience and interests, you can focus on business planning or financial consolidation related consulting. Your work includes for example:

• Working in client projects together with the team in designing, implementing, and optimizing EPM solutions tailored to meet client needs.
• Different advisory assignments creating, for example, pre-studies and EPM roadmaps for clients.
• Assisting in the configuration and deployment of leading EPM solutions such as One Stream and Anaplan.
• Developing our business together with the team, for example, by creating client proposals and continuously improving our offerings and practices.

As your proficiency deepens, you will have a chance to adopt larger responsibilities in client engagements, for example, in leading projects/ project streams, and in our internal business development activities.
We are looking for:

• Academic degree in a relevant field (such as M.Sc. in business or technology)
• Some related work experience and basic understanding of either:
  • Financial accounting and external reporting or
  • Financial planning and analysis (FP&A), supply chain planning, business intelligence or operations research
• Interest in modernizing EPM using state-of-the-art cloud technologies
• Good skills in MS Office (Excel, Power Point)
• Fluent skills in Finnish and English (written and spoken)

As an advantage we see:

• Experience of data staging and SQL, BI tools (such as Power BI or Qlik) or programming skills (such as Python or R)
• Knowledge of EPM tools, such as One Stream, Anaplan, Tagetik, Jedox, Pigment, SAC or HFM
