• Develop and implement SEO, AEO, and GEO strategies for better organic visibility
• Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to find content opportunities
• Collaborate with content teams to optimize digital assets for keywords and user intent
• Create SEO-optimized copy for websites, newsletters, and communications
• Analyze user behavior to identify and implement conversion improvements
• Conduct A/B and multivariate tests to enhance user experience and conversions
• Partner with teams for consistent content and track KPIs to refine strategies.

• 3+ years of experience in digital content optimization, SEO, CRO, or a related field
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related discipline
• Proven track record of leading successful team collaborations
• Strong understanding of SEO, AEO, and GEO optimization strategies and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz)
• Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization tactics, and tools
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail
• A growth-oriented, experimental mindset, with a focus on continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration
• Finnish and English written and spoken proficiency
