Role description:
In this role, you will be contributing to the progress of the transformation and acting as an expert by supporting the customer in leading the business transformation and platform renewal as part of it. Close customer collaboration and further development of the partnership is an essential part of your role. You will be part of the management team leading the delivery organization and ensuring necessary competences and continuous improvement.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
Coordinating transformation management and continuous improvement activities in co-operation with customer
Brining best practices and consultancy power into ongoing business transformation
Acting as a link between local customer facing team and offshore teams
Participation in the planning and management of the operations of your own business unit
Expectations:
In the role, you need wide experience in IT and consulting services and their management. Previous experience in leading large transformation programs is a must. You like working in customer interface and have business consultancy capabilities. Experience in the financial industry is essential, and experience in the insurance area helps significantly in the success of the task. We are a diverse work community, so previous experience in cooperation with offshore teams is expected. Background of living in offshore is also an advantage. You also have good oral and written communication skills in English.
