Distributor Account ManagerAre you a natural networker with a proactive, can-do attitude? Are you excited about the opportunity to nurture and grow Air Liquide's presence with our partners in Finland?

Air Liquide is seeking a talented and experienced individual to join our team in Nokia (or Oulu). In this role, you will collaborate closely with one of our key sales channels—our distributors. You’ll be the go-to person for our agents and resellers, guiding them as their single point of contact. Your role will involve managing campaigns, educating our partners on the benefits of Air Liquide’s products, services, and Gas Safety, and introducing our digital tools to the agent network. You'll also play a crucial role in driving sales growth by building and strengthening our indirect channel partner network, showcasing the value of Air Liquide’s offerings. Additionally, you will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and onboarding new agents and resellers.

As part of our Sales team in Finland, you will cultivate and manage relationships with partners who operate their own businesses and offer a variety of competing products, including ours. Your ability to understand and respect our partners' business needs and to demonstrate how Air Liquide products can enhance their success will be key.

Your main responsibilities would be:
  • Nurture and develop relationships with existing agents and resellers, serving as their primary contact.
  • Drive sales growth by building a robust indirect channel partner network.
  • Educate partners on the advantages of Air Liquide’s products, services, and Gas Safety practices.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new agents and resellers.
  • Develop proposals and negotiate agreements, including channel, agent, and contractual terms.
  • Seek out new business opportunities within set guidelines and timelines.
  • Clearly demonstrate Air Liquide’s product and service offerings, highlighting our unique market advantages.
  • Track progress towards targets and adjust strategies as needed to ensure success.
  • Implement digital tools within our agent network to enhance efficiency and collaboration.

Education
  • A secondary education is required, preferably with a technical focus.
  • Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree is seen as an advantage

Competencies
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Finnish, with good proficiency in English.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Outstanding planning and organizational abilities.
  • A sociable, communicative nature, capable of building long-term, profitable partnerships.
  • A valid driver’s license and the willingness to travel regularly.

Experience
  • Knowledge of the gas industry is beneficial.
  • Proficiency in IT and CRM systems is required.
  • A solid understanding of business principles and commercial awareness.
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales or channel partner management.
  • A deep understanding of the goals, strategies, and competitive landscape of agents and resellers is an advantage.
