• Close collaboration and co-development with the Resourceful sharing project partners and stakeholders.
• Conducting Ph D research in Real Estate Management (including for example planning data collection, collecting and analysing data, publishing research findings in a variety of formats, writing research reports and papers, and doctoral studies of 30 ECTS).
• Teaching and/or assisting with organizing Real Estate courses (10% of work time).
• May also include participating in other research projects and acquisition of research funding.

• Master’s degree in engineering & technology, business & management, arts or in another applicable field.
• High motivation and capability to conduct full-time doctoral studies.
• Excellent study performance (B.Sc. and M.Sc.), M.Sc. average grade clearly above the general average.
• Excellent communication skills in English. Skills in Finnish are seen as an asset.

• A maximum 1-year fixed position until finishing the Resourceful Sharing project with the possibility of an extension up to 3 years based on performance and funding.

• Starting salary about € 2,700 (after finishing the Master’s degree). (For students who have not graduated yet, the salary is based on credits attained.)
