Deloitte Legal Services advises clients mainly in mergers and acquisitions, in corporate/business law, in employment law & benefits and in public procurement, data protection and privacy issues. We are seeking an Employment Law Professional to join our team.
Key tasks
- Advise both domestic and international clients on various aspects of Employment Law.
- Advise and support clients in workforce reduction and reorganization procedures.
- Execute Employment Law Due Diligence in M&A projects.
- Draft and review employment contracts, policies and procedures.
- Conduct legal research and stay up-to-date with changes in employment law.
- Provide training to clients and colleagues on employment law issues.
- Work collaboratively together with other team members and departments to provide effective legal counsel to clients.
- Work independently and as a team member in client projects with high level of responsibility and professionalism.
- Be highly motivated professional among highly skilled & capable individuals and experts.
- Lead, motivate and inspire direct and indirect teams and colleagues.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience practicing employment law at a law firm or other professional services organization
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment with tight timelines
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team with high level of responsibility
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Negotiation and drafting skills and business sense
- Master of Laws / LL.M or another relevant degree
