• Invoice & Bank Statement Posting: Accurately post purchase invoices and bank statements to maintain up-to-date financial records.
• Payment Preparation: Prepare outgoing payments with precision and timeliness.
• Project Invoicing: Handle invoicing for projects, ensuring all details are correct.
• Credit Monitoring: Monitor and control credit to minimize risks and safeguard our financial stability.
• VAT Reporting: Prepare and submit VAT reports in compliance with regulations.
• SOX Controls: Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual SOX controls to maintain robust financial oversight.
• Process Automation Projects: Participate in development projects aimed at automating financial processes for greater efficiency.

• Accounting Expertise: Strong knowledge of Finnish accounting standards with at least 3 years of experience in accounting.
• Excel Mastery: Proficient in using Excel as a reporting tool.
• Educational Background: A degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in both verbal and written English and Finnish (Swedish proficiency is a plus).
