Finland Job Openings
Fellowmind
Integration Architect / Developer
FULL TIME
August 10, 2024
We are constantly looking for experienced integration architects and developers to join our growing team to work on versatile software solutions and integrations in our customer assignments. The Fellowmind Connected Company environments, based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 business applications and the Microsoft Azure cloud platform, which we develop and maintain, are business-critical, handle large amounts of data, and have extensive integrations. Our experts include business consultants, architects, and software developers who solve our customers' challenges, always primarily with the users of the systems in mind. Your final role will be shaped by your own experiences, abilities, goals, and development.
About our work
Our active and respected group of architects and developers, known as Integrations in Finland, already has about 20 top experts and there are almost 60 colleagues on the application development side as well. Teamwork is important to us, and you will be part of an inspiring community that operates without organizational boundaries and offers numerous opportunities to learn new things and share expertise. A multi-expert team is working in our customer accounts simultaneously, responsible for, for example, business systems, integrations, web applications, and the data platform, reporting, and analytics.
At Fellowmind, our expertise combines customer understanding and the latest technology expertise. We strive for agile software development to build innovative services and solutions for our customers that are expandable and flexibly modifiable, as we want to do continuous development work with our customers, not just individual projects. We are a partner of key software and solution providers and have a deep understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem, including Azure cloud services and Microsoft Dynamics 365 business applications. We mainly implement API-based integration solutions with cloud-native tools and strive for real-time, good performance, and good observability in them. We are not afraid to write code to achieve the above goals, where we most often use the .NET platform.
Your profile
You are an experienced software or integration architect or developer or both and have experience in designing or building modern solutions in an agile software development environment. Our roles can be tailored to your strengths and interests, so we would be happy to hear what keeps you motivated in your work and think together about what the right direction for your career at Fellowmind might be.
Essential skills and characteristics for success in the tasks include:
We focus on being the best partner for our customers in the industries we serve. Our offering to customers is very comprehensive and covers a wide range of solutions provided by Microsoft. In this area, we have also received high recognition this year and we are Microsoft's partner of the year 2024 in Finland.
Our mission is to challenge ingrained beliefs and encourage people, teams and organizations to change. We encourage our colleagues to listen, make their voices heard and share different perspectives. We explore together ideas that come to mind and shake up traditional ways of doing things.
We build trust and create a diverse and vibrant community by connecting and cooperating. We believe in responsibility and freedom: each individual is responsible for their own work and is free to carry it out in the best way possible. Your team will always be there to support you, though.
Always personal, Act with courage, Better together, and Serious about fun are Fellowmind's four core values shared by our more than 2000 employees, or "Fellows" as we call them, around Europe. What sets us apart is that we actually live up to them and are constantly working actively to become the best employer in the industry! Here we take "fun at work" very seriously and we want to build a sustainable organization where all people feel welcome, can be their authentic selves, and where people truly enjoy working.
Based on our culture, our collective agreement and comprehensive employee benefits are also inspired and created by our people.
