We are now looking for an experienced and dynamic

Technical Service Manager, Integrations

to join Tec Hub Integration & Automation team.

This role includes managing the lifecycle of our integration solutions, ensuring they meet business needs and deliver high performance and managing financials in co-operation with the product manager. You will also have platform ownership, driving strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of our integration services.

Since this role includes a wide range of different responsibilities, both technical and non-technical, we expect you to be able to grasp complex tasks in a changing environment and have an open mind and willingness to adapt. As you will be working as part of a team and with our subcontracting partners, we appreciate strong social skills and an overall friendly attitude.

Key responsibilities:

Own the service delivery, processes, and lifecycle management of the integration platforms, ensuring they align with business objectives and are secure and cost efficient.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and ensure that service delivery meets expectations.
Coordinate with internal teams and manage external vendors and partners to ensure smooth delivery of integration services.
Improve and document integration processes, technical designs, and standard operating procedures.

To succeed in this position, we hope that you have:

Proven experience as a technical manager, preferably with platform management and ownership background
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field
Experience in integration platforms such as Boomi, Biztalk, Mule Soft, Apache Camel, or similar
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus
Experience in cost and vendor management and negotiating third-party agreements
