We have openings for mid-level and senior technical cyber security consultants in Finland. Your role will include penetration testing and security assessments. Assessment types are guided by your interests. Depending on your skill, aptitude and career goals, your role can include, but won’t be limited to:

• Application Security

The ideal candidate will be keen to produce security research that push the industry forward, and contribute to With Secure Labs (https://labs.withsecure.com/) . Each consultant is expected to continue their education. In particular CREST CCT (App/Inf) and Offensive Security certifications are valued. With Secure will invest in your education and provide maximum support to ensure that your skills remain relevant throughout your career here.
What we need

An ideal candidate will have 3+ years' worth of experience in security consulting, as well as:

• relevant industry certifications OSCP/OSEP/OSCE or working towards CCT or relevant certifications
• a relevant degree (e.g. Computer Science)

We solve complex cyber-security problems daily and to do so requires an interesting and comprehensive set of skills. To be successful at With Secure and help our clients with their challenges you’ll need the following:

• Passion for security - With Secure’ s consultations are passionate about what they do. They have a passion for computers, hackings, security and most importantly, solving problems. • Self-motivation - you’re not going to be told what to do all the time – we will support your progression, but it will be up to you. With an understanding what is important to the business and our client, you will be given opportunity to determine how your time is best spent. They are there to support you, provided that you demonstrate that you are doing your best.

• Communication skills - communication skills is as important as your technical abilities. The ability to write excellent reports will already be measured during your first 12 weeks at With Secure. In addition to written communication skills, you are expected to have good verbal communication skills. You will have the ability to explain complex technical issues to a wide range of audiences which often include senior business stakeholders.

• Ability to thrive in high-pressure environments - consulting is hard work, and pressure is high. With Secure has high standards and high expectations of consultants.
