Vendor management: Negotiating and managing relationships with external vendors and service providers.
Information security: Maintain and develop information security policies and procedures to protect the organization’s data and IT infrastructure.
Project management: Overseeing IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budge
Continual improvement: Utilize problem management and continual incremental changes to ensure the reliability and security of the company’s information assets.
System maintenance: You plan, coordinate and oversee regular system maintenance.

+5 years of work experience managing IT services and service providers
Master’s or Bachelor's degree in relevant field
Solid understanding of ITSM processes, industry best practices and relevant standards
Familiar with IAM, endpoint management, servers and virtualization, networks

Results oriented and data driven approach
Fluent communication skills, both spoken and written
Project management and agile methodologies
On-premise server technologies, LAN/WAN networking, Public cloud
Server and desktop operating systems
Problem solving and root cause analysis
