We are seeking Service Technicians specializing in Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) products and Multi Vendor systems to provide exemplary installation, maintenance, and break-fix services. Ideal candidates possess a profound knowledge of IT infrastructure, and strong hardware problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities:
- Execute onsite installation, startup, deinstallation of HPE hardware and firmware, adhering to HPE guidelines.
- Provide break-fix repair, firmware updates, and hardware support for HPE and other Multi Vendor products like Cisco and Dell.
- Offer “Hands & Eyes” support to assist our Remote Support team with troubleshooting.
- Comply with safety and security protocols, including PPE requirements.
- Participate in training sessions for skill maintenance and enhancement, following both web-based and instructor-led formats by HPE.
- Deliver proactive services (firmware switches upgrades, site surveys, data sanitization) as required.
- Support resident services, ensuring onsite services meet agreed SLA for specific accounts.
Requirements:
- Certification or equivalent industry-recognized IT certification; an HPE certifications is a plus.
- Familiarity with operating systems relevant to HPE storage (e.g., Microsoft Windows, Red Hat, Suse, Linux).
- Demonstrated IT infrastructure support experience with a focus on customer service and communication.
- Effective communication skills in Finnish/Swedish and English.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours
- Legal right to work in Finland
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with HPE products and services.
- Prior role experience in technical support for IT hardware and software.
- Additional certifications in network, storage, or cloud technologies are advantageous.
