We are looking for an IT Service Technician to install, maintain, and repair HPE and other multi-vendor hardware and software. The ideal candidate has basic IT knowledge and strong hardware troubleshooting skills.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 3 000,00€ - 8 000,00€ per month
Expected Start Date: 01/09/2024
Job Responsibilities:
- Install, start up, and deinstall HPE hardware and firmware, following HPE guidelines.
- Perform repairs, firmware updates, and hardware support for HPE and other brands like Cisco and Dell.
- Provide on-site "Hands & Eyes" support to assist Remote Support with troubleshooting.
- Follow safety and security protocols, including PPE requirements.
- Attend training sessions to maintain and enhance skills, offered by HPE.
- Deliver proactive services such as firmware upgrades, site surveys, and data sanitization.
- Support resident services, ensuring on-site services meet agreed SLA for specific accounts.
- Basic knowledge or certification in IT (HPE certification is a plus).
- Familiarity with operating systems used in HPE storage (e.g., Windows, Red Hat, Linux).
- Experience in IT infrastructure support with a focus on customer service.
- Good communication skills in the local language or English.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours.
- Legal right to work in the country/region of service.
- Experience with HPE products and services.
- Previous technical support experience for IT hardware and software.
- Additional certifications in network, storage, or cloud technologies are a plus.
- This position is ideal for someone with basic IT knowledge and a willingness to learn and grow in the role.
