Transaction Services Trainee

As a Trainee, you will assist our professionals in due diligence and client engagements, deepening your knowledge in financial analysis, client deliverables, and M&A processes. You will work as an integral part of the team, gaining a unique start to your career in M&A.

Qualifications

What do we hope from you?
If you are excited by the job description, result-oriented, diligent, and eager to build your career in mergers and acquisitions, you might be the Transaction Services Trainee we are looking for!
In addition, we also wish that you have:

Good analytical skills
Excellent academic record from e.g. accounting and finance
Great interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent command of MS Office (Excel, Power Point and Word) and interest towards learning and applying analytical tools (e.g. Tableau, KNIME) in your work
Fluency in English. Command of the Finnish language is considered an asset

The preferred applicants have finished their bachelor’s degree and are currently finalizing their master’s degree studies.

Interviews : In the first step, selected candidates will record short video interview answers to a few questions. In the second step, chosen candidates will be invited for further interviews around a short case. The interviews are scheduled to take place in Weeks 39 - 40, but we will begin interviewing during the application period. We look forward to receiving your application soon!
