During your trainee period, you will assist our professionals in due diligence and client engagements, deepen your knowledge in financial analysis, preparation of client deliverables and gain insight into Finnish real estate market.

Qualifications

What do we hope from you?
If you got excited reading the job description and you are result-orientated, diligent in your work, and eager to build your career in Real Estate Transactions you might just be the person that we are looking for!
In addition, we also wish that you have:

• Good analytical and quantitative skills
• Excellent academic record from e.g. accounting, finance, real estate economics, or a related field
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent command of MS Office (Excel, Power Point and Word)
• Demonstrated interest in the real estate industry
• Fluency in English language, Finnish language is considered an asset.

The preferred applicants have finished their bachelor’s degree and are currently finalizing their master’s degree studies.
