As a Trainee, you will assist our professionals in due diligence and client engagements, deepening your knowledge in financial analysis, client deliverables, and M&A processes. You will work as an integral part of the team, gaining a unique start to your career in M&A.

Qualifications
What do we hope from you?
If you are excited by the job description, result-oriented, diligent, and eager to build your career in mergers and acquisitions, you might be the Transaction Services Trainee we are looking for!
In addition, we also wish that you have:

• Good analytical skills
• Excellent academic record from e.g. accounting and finance
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent command of MS Office (Excel, Power Point and Word) and interest towards learning and applying analytical tools (e.g. Tableau, KNIME) in your work
• Fluency in English. Command of the Finnish language is considered an asset

The preferred applicants have finished their bachelor's degree and are currently finalizing their master's degree studies.

Interviews: In the first step, selected candidates will record short video interview answers to a few questions. In the second step, chosen candidates will be invited for further interviews around a short case.
