Join Our Team as a Key-Account Manager for contractor customers.
As a Key-Account Manager for contractor customers in Finland, you will be responsible for driving sales strategies, managing key accounts, and expanding our market presence in a contractor segment. You will be responsible for selling a full Schneider Electric offer portfolio, including building management and security systems, electrical distribution, power metering and industrial automation, with and to our key partners. To succeed you need to understand benefits of integrated building solutions to partners and end users as well as how to make buildings more sustainable by using Schneider Electric technologies. You will work closely with our internal technical and commercial teams to achieve the best business outcomes.

As a Key-Account Manager for contractor customers in Finland, you will be responsible for driving sales strategies, managing key accounts, and expanding our market presence in a contractor segment. You will be responsible for selling a full Schneider Electric offer portfolio, including building management and security systems, electrical distribution, power metering and industrial automation, with and to our key partners. To succeed you need to understand benefits of integrated building solutions to partners and end users as well as how to make buildings more sustainable by using Schneider Electric technologies. You will work closely with our internal technical and commercial teams to achieve the best business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve and exceed targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with our partners (contractors).
- Identify market opportunities and drive growth with the named contractor customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences (local and global).
- Provide market insights and feedback to contribute to product development and marketing strategies.
What are we looking for in our candidate?
- Proven sales experience, preferably from same type of industry / business area.
- Ability to build and execute account plans leading to profitable growth.
- Active and result-oriented working style.
- Understanding of the Finnish market and customer needs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Preferably a Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
- Fluency in Finnish and English.
The position is located at our Espoo office and requires travelling frequently in Finland and time to time abroad.
