• At first your daily tasks include organizing transports for equipment and components around the globe and monitoring the transportation from order to delivery.
• Evaluating and choosing the correct transport methods for each shipment fulfilling the customer needs as well as commercial requirements.
• Preparing export documentation and invoices in compliance with prevailing laws and regulations.
• At later stage your tasks may also include receiving and processing customer orders for mining and tunneling equipment, validating both commercial and technical data of orders.
• Communicating and providing information to both internal and external stakeholders, supporting global sales organization and working in close co-operation with production planning and packing department as well as other supply chain functions.
• Participating to an on-going multi-site manufacturing project.
