About the role
- Our production team, composed of 20 people, is integrated in the maintenance department and focuses on hydrogen peroxide production in collaboration with GBU specialists.
- As a Process Engineer, you will work on the Production improvement, optimization and efficiency to support cost management. You will get the opportunity to contribute to safety and have a positive impact on safety culture.

You will be accountable for:
- Monitoring and improving the performance and condition of the manufacturing process
- Maintaining and developing process safety
- Monthly inventory of raw materials and peroxide stocks
- Optimizing and improving production efficiency
- Planning the procurement of raw materials and chemicals for production
- We offer a permanent contract based on onsite working mode.
- Relevant university-level degree or equivalent in chemical or process engineering.
- Relevant work experience in the chemical or process industry.

- Fluency in Finnish and English

- Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. While the Finland base pay reasonably expected for this role is 50k EUR to 54k EUR, your salary may ultimately be higher or lower based on your skills and experience. Additionally, we provide a competitive total rewards package that includes a bonus and/or other incentives.
