We are now looking for a Procurement Specialist to assist the Procurement team in Lappeenranta, Finland, with purchasing electrical components.

As a Procurement specialist, you will

Place purchase orders based on received purchase requisitions
Co-operate with vendors and internal stakeholders
Manage the inquiry process for non-priced items
Follow up purchase orders and order confirmations
Handle supplier invoices
Update and maintain the procurement plans

To succeed

Electrical know-how
A higher degree study background in electrical, industrial, mechanical engineering or a related field
Positive attitude and excellent work ethic
Eagerness to learn more, develop and succeed
A customer-focused and innovative mindset, and problem-solving skills
An ability to work as part of a team, while also working independently on specific tasks
Combined technical and business mindset
Good communication skills in English and Finnish
SAP experience is an advantage
