Project Controller

• Support Project Services business unit within Marine through financial project controlling for retrofit projects
• Take ownership of the assigned project portfolio
• Ensure correct order book and financial reporting
• Monitor and forecast project profitability as well as analyze project cost and margin deviations
• Provide reports, analyses, and estimates of the financial performance of the project portfolio
• Lead monthly financial Project review meetings
• Manage monthly closing activities as well as rolling forecasting and provide on-time, reliable, and high-quality reporting
• Develop own function, ensure knowledge sharing, conduct internal training, and improve processes

• M.Sc. or B.Sc. in Economics
• Knowledge and experience in financial project controlling and related accounting
• Team player with the ability to work independently as a financial specialist, knowing how to solve issues and understand the impact on other parts of the organization
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize, take initiative and achieve results
• Solid experience with SAP, QV, MS Office and PBI
• Good analytical and reporting skills
• Flexibility and willingness to learn and grow along the business requirements
• Service-minded, enthusiastic, and pragmatic
• Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written
