About the role

We are looking for a Senior Brand Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be shaping the visual identity of our Therapy business unit. You will collaborate closely with marketing and product design to create high-quality work and impactful brand and marketing communications from initial concept to final deliverable. You will be part of a small team, so we are looking for someone who can ask the right questions and deliver results proactively and independently.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Create and evolve the visual identity of the brand.
  
• Develop, maintain, and enforce brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints, including digital, print, and product interfaces.
  
• Collaborate with marketing, product design, and other teams to integrate brand elements into all platforms and products, ensuring a cohesive and seamless brand presence across user experiences and marketing materials.
  
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and design innovations to keep the brand fresh and relevant.
  
• Creates layouts, templates, and assets for brand and marketing use that scale and adapt across various platforms and media.
  

What will help you to be successful in this role?

Ideally, you have already gained some experience from working in a fast growing, global Saa S company. In addition, our humble wishlist would be that you have:

• Extensive experience in brand design for a fast growing Saa S companies.
  
• Experience in product design to ensure seamless integration of brand elements within product interfaces and user experiences.
  
• An understanding of the technical requirements necessary to bring creative concepts to life.
  
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively.
  
• A strong work ethic, reliability, and the capability to take ownership of your projects, ensuring their successful execution and delivery.
  
• The ability to thrive in a remote team environment.
  
• Being proactive and comfortable working independently.
