- Designing and executing global short-term and long-term incentive plans.
- Overseeing production incentive plans and local incentive systems.
- Advising HR teams across numerous countries on employee benefits decisions.
- Upholding and enacting our Europe-wide car policy.
- Providing guidance to our global mobility services team.
- Participating in other ongoing initiatives on interest and needs basis, for example regarding performance management, job architecture, pay equity and pay transparency.
- Contributing to the enhancement of rewards-related HR technology.
- Ensuring timely and efficient reporting of remuneration matters.
- Developing rewards-related documentation, communication, and training.
- A master’s degree or equivalent professional qualifications.
- A few years of experience in the total rewards field.
- Knowledge of share plans, incentives, and benefits across multiple markets.
- Familiarity with global mobility matters.
- Proven track record in rolling out initiatives internationally.
- Strong process orientation and conceptualization skills.
- Numeric literacy and a structured way of working.
- Proficiency in Excel and HR systems (experience with Success Factors is a plus).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Good business acumen.
- Fluency in English (additional languages such as Finnish, Swedish, or German are advantageous).
