About the role

Our Care Consulting offers a wide range of services to the Health and Care sector, spanning from strategic advisory to agile software development. Our team is composed of experts from various fields, and we value curiosity and a passion for continuous learning in our day-to-day operations.

We are currently seeking a (Senior) Scrum Master to enhance our customer delivery capabilities. In this role, your typical responsibilities will include facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning sessions, and retrospectives. You'll also manage Scrum/Kanban boards, liaise with diverse stakeholders, and support and mentor your team in agile methodologies.

We support your professional development beyond Scrum Master duties. Ideally, you would be eager to grow, potentially into a Product Owner role with expanded responsibilities.

In this role you will

Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups
Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests
Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles
Help teams implement changes effectively
Ensure deliverables are up to high quality standards
Facilitate internal and external communication
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Optimize resource allocation and utilization together with people managers
Collaborate with business development in identifying new opportunities

We are looking for someone with

Experience in a scrum master role and leading complex agile projects
Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts
Strong organizational and problems-solving skills
Excellent communication and servant leadership skills
Familiarity with software development
Excellent Finnish skills

It would be great if you also have

Scrum master certification
Experience in using JIRA and Confluence
Experience in working with Azure or another cloud environment
Background working in Health and Care sector
Experience delivering services to clients and working in a multi-vendor environment
