Membrane Finance is a financial technology company operating at the intersection of traditional financial infrastructure and decentralised financial services. We design and build core stablecoin infrastructure, applications and services for institutions, marketplaces and end-users.
Membrane Finance is the creator of EUROe - a fully reserved, euro-nominated stablecoin that brings fiat euro liquidity on-chain, bridging traditional financial systems to world's leading decentralised platforms. We envision EUROe as an ecosystem of secure money infrastructure, user-friendly applications and stablecoin related services that helps drive adoption of innovative decentralised services and applications in financial markets.

We are currently looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our endeavour
You will be developing the platform that enables EUROe – from its various interfaces with our partners and internal users to integrations with various financial services. As we are still a small team, you will have a lot of opportunities to influence technical decisions we make along the way.
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will take part in end-to-end development of our platform from infrastructure and applications serving both our internal operations and customers. You produce well-tested, high-quality code and take part in maintaining our infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines. You participate in monitoring, debugging and resolving incidents in our production systems.
We expect you to have

• Overall 5+ years of experience as a software engineer.
• Experience in full stack web application development and designing APIs.
• Developed backend systems with Golang.
• Worked with relational database technologies like Postgre SQL.
• Used modern version control and CI/CD tooling like Git Hub.
• Experience of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) with Infrastructure-as-Code approach. We use Azure, but prior experience of Azure particularly is not required.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, you're always helpful and communicate well in a remote-first setting.
• Valid permit to work in Finland.

• Developed frontends with a modern framework like React using Type Script.
