YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:

• Develop and manage the Trade Marketing Strategy: Creating and implementing strategies to promote products through trade channels, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals
• Create and manage in-store activations from idea to implementation (creative concept, POSM creation, sampling/event organization, field implementation, execution tracking);
• Post instore/trade media activation analysis
• Closely cooperate with agencies to control all advertising material design preparation, correct production and timely delivery/installation
• Collaborate with brand managers and sales team so ensure the best in class in-store execution
• Contribute to efficient investment and tracking of the budget (A&P)

About you ABOUT YOU
In order to be successful, you need to have:

• A strong proactive drive and motivation to achieve results
• Strong communication skills & ability to work with many stakeholders at the same time
• Project management skills
• Attentiveness to details & ability to work independently
• Bachelor’s degree
• Fluency in Finnish and English
• Minimum 3 years of FMCG experience
• Minimum 2 years of Marketing, Shopper marketing or creative agency, Project management experience
