We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sourcing Manager to join our Charging Systems team. You will be responsible for managing sourcing from existing and new HW suppliers and developing relationships with variety of installation and service partners. This role requires strong negotiation skills, and the ability to build and manage relationships with variety of internal and external stakeholders in an international setting.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies: Conduct market research, analyze supplier capabilities, and develop comprehensive sourcing strategies to ensure timely delivery of high-quality hardware at competitive prices.
• Supplier management: Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers, fostering collaboration and ensuring performance excellence.
• Negotiation and contract management: Negotiate favorable pricing, terms, and conditions with suppliers across Europe. Prepare and manage contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Cost optimization: Continuously evaluate supplier performance and pricing to identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or delivery timelines.
• Data analysis & reporting: Generate reports on sourcing activities, supplier performance, and cost savings achieved. Track key metrics to monitor the effectiveness of sourcing strategies.
• Develop & support service partner network: Collaborate with different GEOs and their after sales service partner networks. Ensure alignment with supplier requirements
• Inventory management: Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to optimize inventory levels, ensuring sufficient stock while minimizing storage costs.
• Quality assurance: Work closely with quality assurance manager to ensure that sourced hardware meets all required specifications and standards.

To succeed in this role you will have

• 5+ years of experience in sourcing or procurement preferably in the electronics industry.
• Proven track record of successfully negotiating contracts with suppliers.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English, written and verbal.
• In-depth knowledge of global electronics supply chains and manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and sourcing software tools.
• EU residency and work permit
