About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Specialist Software Engineer within our global Customer Success team. As a Specialist Software Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and guidance to our clients using products, such as Qt, Squish, Coco and Axivion. You will play a key role in ensuring the success of our customers by delivering timely and effective support solutions.

You will:

• Provide optimal solutions for customers
• Work closely with customers and help them to achieve their goals
• Work on several Qt supported platforms
• Reproduce, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to our products
• Work with our R&D team to help provide solutions for bugs found by customers
• Provide support and guidance via email and virtual meetings
• Conduct onboardings for new customers
• Work with various other departments to help bring visibility to the customers needs

About You:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
• Strong programming experience with C++
• Highly organized and solutions-oriented
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with both internal stakeholders and customers
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with a curiosity for technical problems and motivation to help customers

Beneficial skills:

• Strong German language skills
• Additional technical qualifications will be an advantage
• Javascript and Python experience
• Experience with automated GUI testing (via Squish, QTP, QC, Auto Hotkey, or others)
