Join our collaborative team to analyze performance, uncover opportunities, and identify trends that will propel Qt to the next level. The role is based at our headquarters in Espoo, Finland.

You will

• Analyze the performance of our current portfolio (P&L level) and identify business opportunities for existing products and services
• Track global technology and business trends while comparing Qt's performance to industry leaders and partners
• Use scenario modeling to validate business performance
• Identify long-term growth opportunities in key markets and industries
• Contribute to business performance reviews and strategic planning

About You

• Proven expertise in business performance analysis and planning
• 3+ years of experience as a business, technology, or financial analyst in dynamic environments
• A degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with a proactive mindset to drive projects forward
• Ability to balance teamwork with independent ownership of tasks
• Fluency in English language
