What is the job like really?

At Vincit, a "cell" refers to a team of 20-40 experts within our Talent & Delivery function, focused on a specific competence area such as business process development, design, or data. Each cell is led by a Cell Lead who is responsible for managing and supporting the team.
In our Business Process & Development function, we currently have three cells, and you will be leading one of them, focusing on business process enhancement, integration, enterprise applications, and security.
Hybrid Role, What Does It Mean?
Our Cell Leads typically split their time 50/50 between, for example, customer work, business development, sales or customer accounts, and supervisory duties. The scope of your role will be tailored by your preferences and experience, but we are particularly seeking someone with a strong background in building enterprise-level solutions on SAP and Azure technology platforms.
This role allows you to stay hands-on in consultancy work, engaging directly with leading Scandinavian customers and their enterprise platforms. You’ll use your expertise to build delivery teams and provide top-tier consultancy, designing and implementing solutions across a diverse range of projects for Vincit customers.
As a Team Lead, you’ll be responsible for leading and coaching a team of 20-40 tech consultants in roles such as Integration Consultant, BTP Consultant, Security Architect, SAP Technical Consultant, and Fiori Full Stack Developer. In practice, this means:

What Are We Looking For?

We’re looking for someone with extensive experience in mentoring teams and supervising experts, along with deep technological expertise in SAP ERP and related business systems.
Essential Skills:
Extensive experience in enterprise architecture. Our projects utilize a variety of technologies such as SAP Process Automation, Azure Integrations and consultancy, SAP Net Weaver, RESTful ABAP, SAP Integration Suite, Neptune, SAP Fiori, and Azure AD. Proficiency in at least a couple of these is expected, along with expertise in cloud platforms, especially BTP and Azure.
Experience in leadership and coaching, ideally in a supervisory or team lead role.
Experience in managing business performance, including key metrics such as utilization and gross margin.
Soft Skills:
Fluency in English is essential for effective communication within our team and with clients.
Strong facilitation and presentation skills, as there will be times when you'll need to take the lead as a presenter or facilitator.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly and effectively express complex ideas.
A team player who thrives in collaborative environments, fostering positive teamwork and synergy among colleagues.
Optional skills
Knowledge of AWS and GCP is also appreciated to fully cover customer enterprise application environments.
