What is the job like, really?

You'll be working as a coding Scrum Master on our customer projects, guiding the development of modern web, mobile, Io T, or product-based solutions. Our customer base and the scope of our projects are wide, from small start-ups to globally large enterprises, and from legacy-type maintenance to hipster-friendly AR/VR projects. Our main front-end technologies are React, Angular, Next.js and Vue. Our main back-end technologies are Java/Kotlin, Node.js, C#/.NET, and Python/Django. For smart industrial devices (Io T), we mainly use Python and C/C++. As a Scrum Master, you'll be overseeing the technical direction of projects, mentoring team members, and ensuring best practices are followed. You'll also play a key role in project planning and client communication.
The life cycle of our projects and the size of teams varies, giving you the opportunity to lead diverse initiatives. Our projects can be demanding, but you'll be able to guide your team through challenges, leveraging your experience and leadership skills.

What are we looking for?

As in the consultancy business, our customer project requirements vary from time to time. Hence, we'd love to hear from you if you possess senior-level proficiency (at least 5+ years of experience) in software development using modern technologies.
We mostly work with – but are not limited to – cloud service providers such as Azure, AWS and GCP. Thus, it would be great for you to have experience with them.
We also hope that you are keen to work in close cooperation with our clients. Some might call this a "customer service mindset", but truly when it comes to defining what "culture fit" means to us, we believe in positivity and willingness to be part of our community.
Experience with Agile methodologies, particularly in a leadership role such as Scrum Master or Lead Developer, would be highly valuable.
To ensure effective communication, including with Finnish-speaking customers, proficiency in both English and Finnish is essential for many of our current customer projects.
