What is the job like, really?

In this role, you'll be part of our Data, Analytics and AI team, working alongside premier designers, software engineers, and AI experts on critical business challenges. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with our clients, guiding them in enhancing their data management capabilities, helping them to define their data governance and in improving their data quality. We believe that master data management is key for data driven intelligent businesses.
We have the ambition to build something new, and you'll play a crucial role in our projects that are focusing on our customers core business. Together, we continuously contribute to and advance our skills and knowledge in this rapidly evolving field.
Our customer base and the scope of our projects are wide, from small start-ups to globally large enterprises, and from legacy-type maintenance to advanced projects in generative AI. You can find examples of our work on our customers page.


Key responsibilities:
Planning and implementing Data Management & Data Governance strategies for our top clients
Communicate complex technical topics to business and technical stakeholders to help them grow their data governance maturity
Assessing and selecting appropriate technologies and platforms for MDM
Supporting our sales teams as a subject matter expert
Mentoring junior data analytics professionals

What are we looking for?

We don’t expect you to be a unicorn, but the more you know about the following, the better
Strong background in master data management solutions and a deep understanding of data management principles
Good understanding of cloud platforms such as Azure, Databricks, Snowflake
Proven skills in Data Governance and Master Data Management (MDM), with a deep understanding of data management principles
Experience with data integration, data quality management, and data lifecycle management
Experience with MDM tools and platforms, e.g. Informatica, Stibo, Semarchy, Tibco, SAP
Knowledge of data governance frameworks (i.e. DAMA)

Strong presentation, communication, and documentation skills

Seen as an advantage:
Cloud platform certifications
Experience with manufacture or wholesale industries
Experience in working with digital commerce or SAP
Interested in approaches to support AI experiments with MDM
