The Technical Project Manager (TPM) in the SLA field is responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality support and services to clients, in accordance with agreed-upon service level agreements. The TPM acts as a bridge between the customer and the technical teams, ensuring that both sides understand the requirements and constraints of the service delivery.

The Technical Project Manager (TPM) in the SLA field is responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality support and services to clients, in accordance with agreed-upon service level agreements. The TPM acts as a bridge between the customer and the technical teams, ensuring that both sides understand the requirements and constraints of the service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and technical challenges.
- Monitor service delivery performance metrics and ensure compliance with SLAs.
- Coordinate and prioritize tasks with technical teams to address any service issues or escalations promptly.
- Create problem analysis and actionable items for the development teams backlog
- Support technical teams in item prioritization and clarification as requested
- Provide regular reports to customers on service performance and improvements.
- Conduct regular service reviews with customers to seek feedback and identify opportunities for service enhancement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in SLA management.
What you should bring:
- Proven experience from project management, automation/software engineering in the equipment manufacturing or (IT) services industry.
- Strong understanding and willingness to learn how automated machines are operating
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact at all levels of an organization.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex technical details into clear business language.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Automation Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
