As a Technical Support Manager, you are responsible for managing the operations of the technical support for Schneider Electric in Finland. You will lead a team of Technical Support agents, ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service and technical support to Schneider Electric employees, partners & end customers across the region. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive continuous improvement in support processes, training initiatives, and customer satisfaction. The Support Manager in Finland will also be a part of the Technical Support & Training management team in the Nordic & Baltic Zone.
What will you be doing?
- Leading the team, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and effective support services.
- Collaborating with the other Nordic support managers & Training manager to ensure the delivery of high-quality tech support & training programs and resources.
- Developing and implementing strategies together with the management team to improve support and training processes, identifying areas for optimization and efficiency.
- Monitoring and evaluating team performance, providing coaching and giving feedback to enhance individual and team productivity.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to address customer needs and drive customer satisfaction.
- Managing relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external, to ensure alignment and successful delivery of services. Close collaboration with management team in the region.
What are we looking for in our candidate?
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Technical area – for example in IT or Engineering or other suitable education for this role.
- Previous experience in team management or leadership is seen as an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Finnish and English.
