Job Description: Join our team as a Technical Support Manager!

• Leading the team, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and effective support services.

• Collaborating with the other Nordic support managers & Training manager to ensure the delivery of high-quality tech support & training programs and resources.

• Developing and implementing strategies together with the management team to improve support and training processes, identifying areas for optimization and efficiency.

• Monitoring and evaluating team performance, providing coaching and giving feedback to enhance individual and team productivity.

• Collaborating with stakeholders to address customer needs and drive customer satisfaction.

• Managing relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external, to ensure alignment and successful delivery of services. Close collaboration with management team in the region.

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Technical area – for example in IT or Engineering or other suitable education for this role.

• Previous experience in team management or leadership is seen as an advantage.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in Finnish and English.
