We are looking for motivated professionals who are interested in data and technology and are at the early stages of their careers to join the Audit Transformation team responsible for business development.
What kind of work is involved?
As an Audit Transformation Trainee, you will get to participate in the development of the audit process and the development, testing, and implementation of both existing and future technology. At the heart of development are people—including both clients and auditors—data, technology, and quality. Our development team consists of about 10 versatile experts. We work in a hybrid model, mostly in project teams. We are extensively networked with various experts at Pw C Finland.

What do you expect from me?

• You are in the final stages of your studies at a university, studying a commercial, technical, or other applicable degree.
• Interest in data, analytics, and technology work.
• Knowledge in some of the following technologies or tools is considered an advantage: Alteryx, RPA, Power BI, Azure Data Factory/Azure Databrics, Azure Dev Ops, relational databases, programming interfaces.
• Skills or understanding of some of the following programming languages are beneficial: SQL, Python, VBA, DAX, Java Script, Regex libraries.
• Willingness and forward-looking attitude to develop processes using technology.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Experience in financial management and/or accounting tasks or related studies is considered an advantage.
• English language skills (both written and spoken).
