- Investor relations and communication services: we help our clients to increase their visibility, engagement and international coverage with shareholders, investors and all stakeholders with leading digital communications and streaming solutions. We also provide flexible and customized market data components for Investor Relations websites of listed companies. Our IR.Manager tool provides a complete and intuitive IR management and targeting platform for corporate IR teams to professionalize the workflow and engagement. Our advisory team provides high-touch advisory, ESG advisory, market intelligence and decision making analytics for listed companies willing to be more active on capital markets.
- Compliance services : our Comply Log products helps companies simplify their EU regulatory duties, speed up workflows and ensure compliance by automating the management of inside information and insider lists for both issuers and their professional advisors ensuring compliance with the European Market Abuse Regulation (MAR).
- Business Development: Identify new market opportunities and generate leads through cold calls, emails, and networking events.
- Sales Cycle Management: Lead negotiations from the first contact to contract signature, ensuring thorough follow-up with prospects.
- Client Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target companies.
- Solution Presentation: Understand clients’ needs and present our webcast solutions as tailored responses to their communication challenges.
- Internal Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction and alignment of commercial offers.
- Tracking and Reporting: Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports on results and sales forecasts to management.
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in technology, Saa S solutions, or digital communication services, including a solid network in Investor Relations or Communication,
- Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and client relationship management skills.
- Results-Oriented: Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong ability to communicate clearly and persuasively with senior-level stakeholders.
- Team Spirit: Ability to work collaboratively with different internal teams.
- Languages: Proficiency in French and English.
