Job Description

You join the AM Logistics & Activities team as an Asset Manager - Associate.

On a daily basis, your mission is to:

Maximize the value of managed properties;
Secure rental flows;
Optimize the liquidity of buildings;
Define the valuation strategy for properties under management (Rental, Technical and Sales):
Implement this strategy.

As a new employee, you will be involved in the management of a portfolio of logistics assets and activities with strong ambitions on the photovoltaic deployment and energy transition of our buildings to meet the requirements Client ESG policies and regulations.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

With a higher education and specialization in finance and real estate, you have at least 3 years of experience in similar functions.

You are familiar with:

Financial and real estate analysis;
Negotiation of leases;
Conducting work and development operations.

You have a great relationship, a very good listening skills, you are:

Pragmatic, organized and rigorous;
Involved and dynamic
Autonomous and proactive.

You master English with a C1 level and ideally master another European language.
