Job Description
Within the Global Securities Settlement division, you join the Primary team in charge of monitoring Natixis bond issues and have medium-long-term third parties as part of dedicated and non-programming programs.
- Ensuring compliance of legal documentation, including bank issues and syndicated (or non-syndicated) issues on behalf of external issuers;
- Enrich, validate and confirm certain operations in information systems;
- Monitor the settlement/delivery of transactions on French and international markets (notably Euroclear Bank, but also Italian, Spanish and American domestic markets);
- Escalate information and problems encountered with the relevant departments (middle, front, legal, accounting, etc.);
- Resolve disagreements regarding transactions with counterparties (numerous contacts with counterparties, depositaries, paying agents, etc.);
- Perform the necessary reconciliations for the controls of this activity (monitoring of internal and external suspenses).
Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

With advanced training in market finance, you have solid experience in the CIB banking business lines.
You are familiar with:
- Interest rate securities and processing;
- Standard office tools;
- Ideally, the Summit app.
You have an excellent relationship, a very good listening ability, you are:
- Rigorous and responsive;
- Customer oriented;
- Motivated by teamwork.
You master English with a B2 level.
