Job Description

On a day-to-day basis, you are responsible for:

• Ensuring compliance of legal documentation, including bank issues and syndicated (or non-syndicated) issues on behalf of external issuers;
• Enrich, validate and confirm certain operations in information systems;
• Monitor the settlement/delivery of transactions on French and international markets (notably Euroclear Bank, but also Italian, Spanish and American domestic markets);
• Escalate information and problems encountered with the relevant departments (middle, front, legal, accounting, etc.);
• Resolve disagreements regarding transactions with counterparties (numerous contacts with counterparties, depositaries, paying agents, etc.);
• Perform the necessary reconciliations for the controls of this activity (monitoring of internal and external suspenses).
