About our Partner Marketing Director role.
The Director, Partner Marketing Southern Europe, is responsible for building and leading a high-performing team developing, executing, and measuring strategic marketing plans and initiatives with partners. As an adept people manager they influence and inspire impactful partner marketing activities, deepen and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders, and partners across the region to achieve country win plans and regional plan success.

In this hands-on Director role, you will deliver increased partner contributions to regional growth strategies through effective partner-led, demand generation and engagement. These activities align with Sage’s global partner performance marketing priorities and measures and accelerate our growth strategy to drive annualized recurring revenue (ARR).

Location: Hybrid – 2 days per week of in-person collaboration from our Paris, France office.

How will you be supported?
Your first 30 days will be all about meeting teams, key stakeholders, building relationships and learning. You’ll familiarize yourself with all things partner marketing at Sage and deep dive into the country success plans. Don’t worry, you won’t be going at it alone. You’ll have the support of your leader who is known for being highly supportive and invested in her team’s success. You’ll also have a colleague - an assigned “buddy” to help you navigate, and various resources to tap into.

Summary of your day-to-day?
You will be driving value and volume through partner-led demand generation and to-partner engagement whilst coaching of in-country partner marketing teams. You will identify opportunities to collaborate on omnichannel marketing initiatives with all partner types to achieve revenue growth aligned to regional win plans and own detailed regional tactical marketing plans with clear focus on opportunity creation and minimizing duplication of effort and achieving scale. You will be responsible for Budget ownership, including marketing development funds for creation, management, and execution of scalable marketing plans, programs, content, and initiatives.

Minimum qualifications

Partner / Channel marketing experience

Experience building & executing GTM plans across direct & indirect channels.

Skilled in influencing stakeholders/relationship management across multiple teams, internally and externally.

English, French, and Spanish speaker
