Your job, as Head of Supply Chain, International, within our global Supply Chain team, will be to drive best-in-class performance of in-market demand planning, logistics and customer service, partnering with our Commercial Operations and other functional teams.

Main responsibilities:

You will be accountable for all in-market Supply Chain (SC) activities across GBUs for all international MCOs, covering 81 markets (representation of of International at the Market Supply Chain Leadership Team).

• Deliver first class business partnership with GBU Leaders for Key Markets and GMs in Key Markets (meeting the needs of multiple stakeholders across Sanofi)
• Ensures that SC Design, Planning and Execution deliver Patient, Customer and Business needs
• Set the strategy and tactical execution of the International Supply Chain in line with Global Supply Chain strategy
• Lead the International Supply Chain Team, with focus on Employee Engagement, Talent Management, Succession Planning and Leadership Development
• Ensure first class business partnership with Pharma and Vaccines Leaders in International
• Improve overall Supply Chain Performance
• Encourage advanced use of Global Supply Chain tools, processes, and ways of working
• Ensure a first in class and diverse team by leveraging people competencies, reinforcing capabilities, developing all supply chain people
• Implement key organization changes, transformational programmes and projects
• Review and optimise route to markets with strong focus on balancing business and product strategy, patient needs and cost to serve
• Represent Sanofi in local trade associations on the topics of Supply Chain as appropriate

• Education: Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or similar. APICS certification is an asset. Advanced degrees are an asset.

• Languages: Fluent in English, additional languages are considered an asset.
