We are looking for work-study HR Assistants Internship (F/M), for 6 months.

Reporting to the HR Department of ICAPE Group's headquarters located in Fontenay-aux-Roses (92), in the south of Paris, France, you will work in collaboration with the HR Manager in various missions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Personnel administration : prepare various declarations to social organizations
• HRIS: record and update employees data
• Update job descriptions
• Recruitment: publication of offers, selection of CVs, liaison with operational staff on follow-up to applications, organization of interviews, follow-up with applicants.
• Training: record and update employees and training datas in our training platform; training searches, registration and follow-up with trainee and training organization
• Monitor and consolidate group data for training, recruitment and other indicator
• Work on a variety of HR projects

PROFILE

• Master's Degree Level in HR (BAC+4/5)
• A first experience in HR would be appreciated
• Minimum intermediate (B2) level in English is required (written and oral)
• Fluency in French is required (written and oral)
• Good adaptability, you know how to be versatile in carrying out different missions
• You have good interpersonal skills
• You are rigorous, well-organised and autonomous
