Job Summary:
We are looking for a Network and Systems Administrator to join our team in a 100% Microsoft environment. You will play a key role in providing technical support and managing the company's systems and networks. This is a varied role with a lot of autonomy.
Responsibilities:

• Provide N1/N2/N3 support for internal users
• Create and manage Active Directory (AD) accounts
• Administer and maintain systems and networks (servers, workstations, printers)
• Manage and configure network equipment (switching, port configurations)
• Manage virtual environments (VMware)
• Ensure system security, including antivirus management
• Install and configure IT hardware

Requirements:

• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Experience in a 100% Microsoft environment
• Strong knowledge of systems and networks (75% systems, 25% networks)
• Ability to handle multi-level support (N1/N2/N3)
• Autonomous, proactive, and adaptable
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a dynamic environment
