WHAT ON EARTH IS DECIEM?
Known as “The Abnormal Beauty Company”, DECIEM is the parent company of The Ordinary, NIOD, and other beauty brands & is an industry disruptor with a science first approach to innovation. DECIEM was Co-Founded in 2013 by the late Brandon Truaxe, a visionary who set out to change the beauty industry through authenticity and transparency. He developed DECIEM to be a happy family (of people and beauty brands), rooted in kindness, creativity, diversity, and respect, alongside Co-Founder and CEO, Nicola Kilner.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a dynamic an Online Project Manager – EMEA who will manage the brand.com localization efforts for at least 4 markets (France, Germany, Spain, Italy).
This is a hybrid role based out of our Paris office.

WHAT YOU’D BE DOING IN THIS ROLE

• Manage timelines for execution of Digital Marketing deliverables and campaign goals
• Work with Global technical development teams to set up brand.com platforms, inclusive of Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Bazaarvoice, and more
• Manage all Web content updates, execution and calendarization for markets within Salesforce Commerce Cloud
• Coordinate with dedicated market resources for translation reviews and approvals
• Manage OPEX budget of market resources required for translation reviews
• Manage Email development, execution and calendarization for markets within Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Manage and facilitate all Paid Media asset adaption and needs, working with Global Paid Media Agency for execution
• Collaborate with Global and EMEA Brand/Online teams to develop market specific Channel strategies, plans and activations
• Liaise with Finance and Data & Insight teams to map out all sales-related data needs and empower the team to make informed business decisions surrounding regional Media budgets, Traffic goals, Consumer KPIs and regional Website KPIs
• Monitor and analyze regional website performance metrics, such as conversion and bounce rates, to measure build continuous improvement plans
Monitor and analyze customer behavior on the regional website, using tools such as Google Analytics to identify areas for improvement.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED TO GET THE JOB DONE

• 3+ years of project management experience from initiation to completion, preferably in an ecommerce or digital environment
• Ability to create detailed project plans, set milestones, and track progress
• Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and evolving technologies
• High digital acumen with experience leading enterprise-wide projects for an online retailer
• Ability to analyze project data and metrics to assess performance and make informed decisions
• Can clearly articulate project status, and risks, and can translate technical complexities into plain English
