Job Summary
We are a women's personal training studio looking for our next rockstar trainer! We specialize in fitness over 40 and love helping busy moms get results, fast!
The ideal candidate will have a passion for fitness with two certifications and have a passion for helping rehab injuries and be pre/post natal certified!
Responsibilities
- Design personalized fitness programs for clients based on their goals and fitness levels
- Conduct individual or group fitness sessions
- Provide guidance on proper exercise techniques, body mechanics, and injury prevention
- Motivate and support clients to reach their fitness goals
- Monitor client progress and adjust training programs as needed
- Educate clients on nutrition, lifestyle, and overall wellness
Requirements
- Certification in personal training
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and exercise science
- Experience in program design and sports coaching
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in a health club, gym, or fitness center is preferred
