As a Revenue Cycle Supervisor, you will lead a team of dedicated professionals in managing the entire revenue cycle process. Key Qualifications

• Lead and mentor a team of revenue cycle specialists, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Oversee the entire revenue cycle process, from patient registration to final payment, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and improve patient satisfaction.
• Monitor key performance indicators and provide regular reports to senior management.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our processes remain cutting-edge.
• Acts as backup to other accounting, billing, and data team members.
• Undertake other tasks as directed

Pay & Benefits
At Janus, base salary is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $68,000.00 and $72,000.00 annually and your base pay will be considered on your job-related skills, training, qualifications, experience, and relevant education.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in revenue cycle management, with at least two years in a supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of billing and collections processes, healthcare reimbursement, and revenue recognition principles
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) and revenue cycle management software
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Strong leadership and team-building abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with the community and interest in collaboration with community providers is required
