To join us on this adventure, the Purchasing Department is looking for an
Underwear Purchasing Assistant (M/F) – 6 Months Internship
for the underwear category (Child, Woman, and Man) for all brands (DIM, Playtex, Lovable, Nur Die) (M/F), starting in July 2025.

Your main tasks:Monitoring new projects or re-sourcing:

• Purchasing management of new projects and re-sourcing projects, with suppliers in Asia, Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
• Launching RFQs and analysing supplier offers
• Comparative studies of supplier offers using matrices
• Working closely with the Product Development, Supply Chain and Time Line teams.

Monitoring cost optimisation projects:

• Reporting of savings already implemented and participation in results analysis meetings.
• Participating in product analysis, in order to identify any opportunities for cost reduction or value enhancement.
• Depending on profile: Participation in negotiations with suppliers.

Updating monitoring tools:

• Drawing up and monitoring price lists
• Participation in reporting (PPT and Excel analysis)

Your profile:

• With a 4/5-year higher education qualification, such as a Business School, Engineering School or University Masters, ideally specialising in purchasing, you will already have some initial experience in this field.
• Highly organised and rigorous, you are reliable and autonomous in project management.
• Your motivation, your interest in operational work and your ability to make suggestions will enable you to successfully complete the tasks assigned to you.
• You also have excellent interpersonal skills and are able to react quickly.
• Your analytical skills and a good knowledge of Excel will enable you to compile dashboards with ease.
• Expert in English and the Office package is essential.
