The finance team at Stokke is dynamic and driven by a mission to lead and transform financial operations. As a global company with a strong international presence, Stokke's finance team plays a critical role in the business's growth and strategic direction. This highly collaborative and ambitious team is at the forefront of financial innovation, utilizing cutting-edge technology and best practices to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
Take Responsibility, The Position:
The Accountant will be responsible for a variety of tasks within the accounting
department ranging from accounts payable, and VAT. To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience
with accounting and a flair for spotting numerical mistakes.
Within this accounting position your focus will be on the Stokke Gmb H
accounting.

Checking and booking of travel expenses and credit card payments
Register incoming invoices in Eyeshare
Preparing and uploading weekly payment run
Monthly VAT reporting
Month end reporting to HQ
Preparation of annual reporting
Booking salaries
Building accruals
Account and supplier reconciliation
Involvement in Liquidity plan
Support in credit control topics when needed

Better Together, The Ideal Profile:

Minimum 3 years of work experience in the field of accounting

First experience in German specific tax and accounting laws and regulations
Good understanding of Excel, basic understanding of SQLs and pivot tables
Fluent English and German both written and verbally

Strong attention to detail
Solid problem-solving skills
High Level of PC user experience and Excel skills.
SQL experience would be beneficial.
Flexible and autonomous, comfortable in fast changing/growing

environment
